ServiceSource Helps Blue Coat Increase Service Renewal Rates in Asia-Pacific

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ServiceSource®, the service revenue performance company, today announced that Blue Coat Systems is now using the ServiceSource cloud-powered service in the Asia-Pacific region and experienced a 15 percentage point improvement in service revenue renewal rates over the nine month period since launching the service.
