Pen and Multi-Touch Solution Provider Offers SID Attendees Unique Hands-on® Area – Demonstrating the Power of DuoSense® for the Information Display Industry

KFAR SABA, Israel & AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--N-trig, providers of DuoSense® solution, combining pen and capacitive true multi-touch in a single device, will be showcasing several new and advanced DuoSense enabled products and technology enhancements at SID 2010 Display Week. SID attendees can get Hands-on® at N-trig’s booth #1519 or can set up a meeting with an N-trig representative by sending an email to sid2010@n-trig.com.

This year at SID 2010, N-trig will be highlighting multiple demonstrations of products and software, including the N-act Hands-on Gesture Vocabulary, as well as a range of software applications running over various operating systems including Windows and Linux that showcase the capabilities of pen and true multi-touch and the battery-powered Digital PencilTM.

  • N-Act Hands-on Gesture Vocabulary: This true multi-touch gesture set shows new advanced levels of multi-touch capabilities using a combination of 2+1, 3 and 4 fingers and how together with the pen functionality this opens up a new world of opportunities for OEMs and ISVs to create and develop innovative products and applications and results in a more advanced, intuitive and fun Hands-on computing experience for the user.
  • OS Platform Demonstrations: DuoSense supports various operating systems and demos will run using both Windows 7 and Linux platforms.
  • Digital Pencil™: The DuoSense battery-powered Digital Pencil is a wireless electronic pen, that enables the user to write directly on the screen as easily as they would on a pad of paper for a more intuitive, natural and personal writing experience.
