The firm is managed by Benjamin Weinger.

3-Sigma Value Offshore, Ltd, is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), audited by Anchin, Block & Anchin, LLP, and administered by a third party, Columbus Avenue Consulting, LLC. Goldman Sachs serves as custodian and prime broker.
