On 9th February, China Entrepreneurs, a brand of CEBEX Group will hold TMT 2012 series, focusing on Online to Offline Business at Beijing.

This Forum involves two topics- Investment Opportunities in Online to Offline Businesses and Linking the Online and Offline Sections of Your Business. The confirmed speakers for this event are Manzuo.com CEO & Founder Gary Feng, SAIF Venture Partner Alex Liang, NLVC Managing Director Ray Yang, Gobi Partners Partner Ken Xu, Paidai Business School Co-Founder Bing Li, Airizu Co-Founder & COO Ben Zhang, GSR Ventures Partner Allen Zhu, Intel Capital Director Chris Pu, Elevation China Capital Partner Kainan Tang, Ifindu CEO Bill Zhou, Analysys Senior Analyst Shousong Chen.

The newly emerging O2O (online to offline) trend in business is attracting a significant amount of attention from investors. Companies such as NASDAQ-listed Jiayuan, a popular dating site in China, have been successful in connecting its online operations with offline profitability.

The site charges its users for various services online but also takes in a significant amount of revenue from around 1,000 offline events and had a 2011 third quarter revenue 90.9 million RMB up 84.5% from the year before.

What investment opportunities exist in China in the area of O2O? Does the O2O strategy make a business more profitable? You will get answers on this forum.

In the second panel discussion, it will guide businesses through the process of developing an O2O business model.
