YOKOHAMA, Japan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The TUV Rheinland Asian Group with Head Quarters located in Japan is proud to announce new testing services for the IEC 61646 Thin Film terrestrial photovoltaic (PV) modules, plus design qualification and type approval. This new service complements both the PV outdoor testing facilities and the Crystalline PV Module competence center already operating.
