SUZHOU, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OnCore Manufacturing Services, LLC, a leading global provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS), announced the acquisition of Alta Electronics International Inc. With capabilities that meet customers' requirements for advanced electronic engineering and manufacturing services and strategically located in the Shanghai-Suzhou-Wuxi area, the facility will combine the OnCore's core expertise of managing highly complex product manufacturing with the company's VelocityTM, rapid proto-typing, and product commercialization services.
