In an industry where product differentiation is difficult, the center has earned trust through responsive customer service and reliable after-sales support, steadily broadening its market presence.

This year, the center has actively promoted its products abroad, including: operating the Korean Pavilion at the Taiwan Tourism Expo in May; participating in the World-OKTA Convention in April (Andong City booth), which led to its first export to the United States and new business agreements in Vietnam and Japan; and joining the Gyeongbuk-Mongolia Trade Mission in Ulaanbaatar this August. In Mongolia, the teas drew positive feedback from buyers, with discussions underway for placement in major local retailers.

The flagship Ginger Fermented Tea is recognized for its ability to boost immunity and help relieve rhinitis and gastritis, with rapid absorption and noticeable effects after just a few servings. It is easy to carry, free of side effects, and well-suited for daily consumption. The Apple Fermented Tea, backed by patents and patent applications, has also been praised for both its functional benefits and taste by international buyers.

The center reaffirmed its commitment to developing a wide range of fermented teas that can serve as healthy alternatives to water, contributing to improved well-being worldwide.
