When booking on MagicStay, for every euro spent, customers will receive one loyalty point. Put forward to simplify and personalize customer experience, the program allows travelers to spend the collected points as they wish: discount on future reservations, gifts or donations to charitable organizations. Each customer will be able to consult their loyalty points on their personal space on www.magicstay.com and transform them at any time. This loyalty program is intended for travelers, assistants and also travel agencies. For each reservation, the customer will be able to either benefit from his loyalty points or credit a colleague's/relative's loyalty card.
For the launch of this new Magic Loyalty Card program, all subscribers before the 31st of January 2019 will receive 1000 points on their loyalty card.

Customers can now also invite relatives to register on MagicStay to book apartments and benefit from discounts on future bookings. Each referring customer can invite up to 5 contacts by simply entering the email addresses in the referral form. After registration, the newbie will receive a 20 euros discount code for his first reservation. As soon as the newbie makes his first reservation, the sponsor will receive 2,000 loyalty points on his Magic Loyalty Card, which can be used for a promotional code, gifts or donations.
