Previously, Kong To was a Managing Partner in Beijing and Greater China with two other leading global executive search firms, where he served as Global Industrial Practice Leader and Country Manager. Earlier in Kong’s career, he held marketing management positions in the UK with Motorola.
Kong To holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management and an Aeronautical Engineering Higher Diploma, both from the University of Hertfordshire, U.K. He is fluent in English and Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin.
