Reed Hatcher Joins DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield as Head of Research for Hong Kong

HONG KONG--()--DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that Reed Hatcher has joined the firm as Head of Research for Hong Kong. He will be relocating to Hong Kong to formally take on the role in early January 2017.

Reed Hatcher comes to DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield with 15 years' experience in the real estate industry in Asia. Most recently, he was with CBRE in Shanghai where, over 10 years, he served in a number of senior consulting roles. In his latest role, he served as Senior Director of Occupier Consulting, China and Senior Advisor to APAC Consulting. Prior to that, Reed was a member of the research team at legacy DTZ in Shanghai.

Reed Hatcher is expertly skilled in leading real estate trend analysis, strategy consulting, and investment decision support engagements across office, retail, residential, and industrial markets. He specializes in collating, analyzing, and vetting data to craft reports and presentations featuring compelling narratives, meaningful information, market insights, and customer-tailored messaging.
