GUANGZHOU, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Wilson Zhang has joined the firm as Senior Partner and Office Managing Director (OMD) of the Guangzhou office.
As OMD of Guangzhou, Mr. Zhang will pursue a growth strategy to build an integrated Enterprise practice for Korn Ferry in Southern China. The Guangzhou office will work closely with the Hong Kong office and will greatly complement the work done by the other Korn Ferry offices in the Greater China region - Shanghai, Beijing, and Taipei.
Mr. Zhang was one of the pioneers of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business in Shanghai and Beijing. He left the Firm in January 2014, after 6 years of service, to pursue a career as CEO for Uni-Power Group (UPG), a leading private financial services company based in Hangzhou focusing on online internet financing and offline customized solutions.

Mr. Zhang earned his bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and master degree in material science from South China University of Technology.
