SHANGHAI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Futurestep, a Korn Ferry Company (NYSE: KFY) specializing in high-impact talent solutions, today announced that Dr. Jack Gau has joined the firm as Managing Director, North Asia. Dr. Gau will be responsible for Futurestep’s growth strategy in North Asia, and will be working together with the Asia Pacific and global leadership teams across all of Futurestep’s lines of business. He will be based in Futurestep’s Shanghai office.
Dr. Gau joins Futurestep with a strong consulting background, having worked with several global consulting firms. He is an expert in operational strategy and performance improvement, and has led projects across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, electronics, software, semiconductor, automotive, chemical and private equity. Dr. Gau’s professional experience spans the US, China, Japan and Europe.
