NAIROBI, Kenya--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Frontier Services Group Limited (“FSG”) (SEHK:00500), a publicly listed, complete logistics solutions provider in frontier markets with its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, today announced that it has completed its previously-disclosed transaction to acquire Cheetah Logistics SARL, a privately-held transportation company headquartered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (“DRC”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjacent West African markets possess some of the richest and most difficult-to-access natural resources on the African continent. A key area of opportunity for FSG is the safe and affordable transport of resources to and from these remote areas.
