Saif bin Zayed Condemns Terrorist Explosion in Saudi Arabia’s Northern Borders

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates--()--Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack on security officers in the Northern Saudi borders region on Tuesday morning. The attack claimed the lives of three innocent and loyal border guards dedicated to their oaths to serve and protect the country’s security and stability. H.H Sheikh Saif also denounced the brutal and blatant attack and the killing of people, which is religiously and morally objectionable.

During a phone call with his Saudi counterpart Prince Mohammad bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Minister of Interior, H.H Sheikh Saif expressed his utmost condemnations for the blatant attack. H.H Sheikh Saif also reiterated the full support of the UAE leadership, government, and people to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in their fight against terrorism. He also expressed his and the UAE government and people's condolences to the families of the martyrs of duty, praying Allah Almighty to bestow his blessings and mercy upon the martyrs and to rest their soul in peace.

Their Highnesses, Ministers of Interior, stressed that terrorism has no religion, and that killing is never justified not under any circumstances. They also expressed their firm belief in the forces of good, peace and development and their ability to fighting the forces of darkness and destruction, because the good will overcome the evil, no matter how long it prevails.
