Walton Announces Key Promotions and Additions to Executive Team

Changes Will Add to Already Experienced Leadership Team

SINGAPORE--()--Walton International Group (S) Pte Ltd. announced today recent promotions and additions to the executive team within the Walton Group of Companies. Walton International Group (S) Pte Ltd, which has its headquarters in Hong Kong, is part of the Walton Group of Companies, a real estate investment, planning and development group currently administering assets of $4.2 billion CAD,* including more than 85,000 acres of land under administration throughout North America.

“The Walton Group of Companies has been very successful in attracting highly-qualified professionals to administer Walton’s assets, including the administration of more than 85,000 acres of land throughout North America,” said Bill Doherty, CEO of Walton. “Walton’s track record of protecting our clients’ investments and successfully exiting projects is directly related to the years of experience, professionalism, and integrity of our leadership team throughout the Walton Group.”

The key promotions and additions to the leadership team within the Walton Group of Companies include:

  • Rob Leinbach, President, Walton Development and Management (USA) Inc. (WDM) North America
    Rob Leinbach oversees the asset administration of more than 85,000 acres of land and 21 development projects on behalf of the Walton Group of Companies. Prior to joining Walton, Rob was an attorney with Heller Ehrman LP and more recently with Wolfe Leinbach, P.S., a Seattle-based law firm specializing in representing companies and their executives.
  • Zvonko Michael Pavicic, President Walton Capital Management Inc. (WCMI)
    Michael’s primary responsibilities include managing and leading sales in Canada for WCMI, an exempt market dealer. He is focused on achieving revenue goals, building and managing partner and client relationships, collaborating with various departments within the Walton Group of Companies (Walton) and aligning the support necessary to drive strategic growth.
  • Sam Wilkins, Executive Vice President, Capital Markets, Walton Asset Management (WAM)
    Sam Wilkins oversees WAM’s west coast operations where he is responsible for institutional debt and equity capital raising, managing development entities and negotiating strategic partnerships with institutional investors. Immediately prior to joining Walton, Mr. Wilkins was a partner at North Point Advisors, a San Francisco-based investment bank focused on M&A and private equity for consumer and real estate companies.
  • Bob Laak, Chief Financial Officer, Walton Development and Management (USA) Inc. (WDM)
    Bob Laak oversees corporate finance for Walton Development and Management and its six regions throughout North America. Mr. Laak most recently served as Corporate Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions, for Meritage Homes Corporation, a top 10 publicly traded homebuilder.
  • Myron Spencer, Vice President of Operations, Walton Development and Management (USA) Inc. (WDM)
    Myron Spencer oversees land planning, development and project services for Walton’s land and development projects. Prior to joining WDM, Myron was the Vice President of Land at Beazer Homes where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of land for the Arizona Division of Beazer.
  • John Vick, Regional President, Walton Development and Management (USA) Inc. (WDM), South Region
    John Vick manages Texas’s operations overseeing the administration and planning of more than 25,000 acres of land. Immediately prior to joining WDM’s Texas operation, Vick served as Regional President for Walton’s Mid-Atlantic operation where he oversaw the design and planning of WDM’s first two development projects in the United States.
  • Melanie Graf, Regional President, Walton Development and Management (USA) Inc. (WDM), East Region
    Melanie Graf oversees nearly a dozen master plans and development projects throughout Maryland and Virginia, including two development projects, the Westphalia Town Center and Canter Creek. Prior to her career with WDM, Melanie was the Director of Land Development for Ryland Homes, Washington Division.
  • Becky Collins, General Manager, Walton Development and Management (USA) Inc. (WDM), Austin
    Becky Collins is responsible for leading the planning, development and entitlement work for Walton’s assets in the Austin/San Marcos area. Becky joined Walton in 2012 and brings with her 22 years of real estate development and construction experience.
