Event Overview:

China's petrochemical market is witnessed an increasing capacity expansion in 2013 and beyond, while continuing economic growth bodes well for demand. China’s ethylene capacity is in an increasing trend and some major plants have already started up, in the latter half of 2012. Polyolefins players also see capacity expansion as the main trend in 2013. In addition, China's benzene supply will be much tighter in 2014, and more imports are expected to flow into China. Meanwhile, China will welcome a peak capacity increase in line with refineries' expansion projects.
However, high demand for technology innovation, excess problems of petrochemical products, low-cost-feedstock’s availability, environment issues, foreign company’s investment challenges are all of great concerns for petrochemical producers, technology companies, contractors and equipment manufacturers.
Thus, 8th China Petrochemical Focus strives to provide a unique platform in China petrochemical industry, gathering over 300 senior executives from government officials, producers and other industry players to discuss about the up-to-date issues and find the solutions.
