“We were delighted to work with USA Volleyball to again host the Hilton HHonors Beach Volleyball Challenge at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Waikiki Beach,” said Scott Brennan, vice president, global strategic partnerships, Hilton Worldwide. “The event brought together our partnerships with the U.S. Olympic Committee, Chinese Olympic Committee and Canadian Olympic Committee, showcasing Conrad Hilton’s vision to unite cultures and countries throughout the world, through the light and warmth of hospitality.”

The beach at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort was transformed into an authentic beach volleyball venue with a regulation court created for the challenge. Having the court on Waikiki Beach provided spectators, families and fans with an exciting tropical setting to watch these top athletes compete.

“Hilton HHonors has been a wonderful partner to bring the sport of beach volleyball to fans around the world,” said USA Volleyball Secretary General Kerry Klostermann. “Through HHonors global partnerships network, we were able to extend our audience even further with the inclusion of Canadian Olympic Hopefuls at this year’s event.”
