A Complete Success of Green-CREP2 The 2nd Annual Commercial Building Architecture-Designing-Performance Summit

Then Pan Yu En from Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts brought all the delegates a very interesting topic “Practical Exploration of Vocational Hotel: The Most Important Factor is ‘Taste’” with a detail case analysis of different hotels under Banyan Tree Hotels. Tim Gao from The Elite International Hotels Management Company also focused on the case Micro-E Hotel in Dezhou to illustrate“Three Steps for Sustainable Development of China Hotel Industry”. Besides, Mr. Ren from Greenland International Hotels Group, Ingvar Herland from The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited, Winston Suen from Langham Hotels International, they get deep Insights into High-End Hotel Customer-End Technology Research & Development to Realize Mutual “Win-Win” Situation between Clients and Hotel Management Groups, from their view of high-tech application in hotel management. It's worth mentioning that Jocelyn Yang from LTW firstly show the case Hot Springs Villa Hotel in Yunnan Tengchong, which is still under construction.

In office building and ultra highrise chapter, Jiang Ping from Aedas,Cedric Tang from TFP Farrells, Helen Tsadng form DB&B,Eric Legere from M Moser Associates and Luis Keats from DTZ brought excellent speech and panel discussion on “Commercial Office Space & Ultra Building: Prefect, Efficient, Safe, Green” and explain where exists the real appreciation in office building.
