Netsize, a Gemalto company, has achieved PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry & Data Security Scheme) certification, extending the capabilities of its payment platform beyond operator billing to allow end user credit card details to be securely stored and thereby facilitate convenient, immediate transactions. Mobile and digital content providers will now be able to offer consumers an even wider range of secure payment options, including higher transaction limits, to a potential market of two billion consumers and three billion devices.
