ISNR 2014 a Comprehensive Platform to Discuss Security Issues and the Future Challenges

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates--()--Major General Staff Dr. Obeid Al Hiri Salim Al Kutbi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police and Chairman of the Higher Commission of the International Exhibition for Security and National Resilience (ISNR) Abu Dhabi 2014, stressed that the conference presents an important platform to study the latest concepts and technologies in security, critical installations, and facility protection. He noted the opportunity to share experiences in terms of national security and safety in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

He added: “The comprehensive development in the UAE has realized success and has transformed visions into reality in several sectors. The achievements represent an example to be followed at regional and global levels.”

Major General Staff Al Kutbi mentioned: “Organizing the ISNR conference and exhibition in Abu Dhabi is in line with the emirate’s success in hosting international events. The emirate provides a sophisticated infrastructure for the industry.”

Security is the main pillar of society; the UAE leadership upholds the highest standards of security to confront the challenges of development and modernization in the country.

Major General Staff Al Kutbi commented that the international conference on security challenges, which is held in conjunction with ISNR Abu Dhabi 2014, will discuss global security challenges resulting from technological developments, and social and economic transformations.

No social or economic development can be achieved without security; the UAE leadership protects the nation and its achievements, ensures the dignity of the human being and its security, and safeguards the property of all citizens,” he concluded.
