Citi Appointed Depositary for Renren’s Level 3 ADR Program

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citi today announced that its Global Transaction Services business, acting through Citibank, N.A., has been appointed by Renren Inc., a leading real name social networking internet platform in China, as depositary for Renren’s Level III American Depositary Receipt program. Each Renren American depositary share represents three ordinary shares and trades on the NYSE under the symbol “RENN.”

Hui Huang, the Chief Financial Officer of Renren, said, “Renren’s successful listing on NYSE is a major milestone for our company and we are pleased to have Citi as our depositary bank.”
