BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sherry Zhu joins NEXX Systems as the Senior Manager of the China Region. With over five years of experience in the Chinese semiconductor industry, Zhu not only brings prior success but also extensive knowledge of the Chinese market.

Zhu’s role will consist of strengthening and expanding NEXX’s Chinese client base and supporting the Chinese Government's desire to accelerate the development of advanced packaging technologies.

Prior to joining NEXX Systems, Zhu worked at Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. (AMEC) as Manager of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Marketing. Before that, she worked at International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
