CALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DTS, Inc. (Nasdaq: DTSI) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Fujitsu to integrate DTS technologies into a wide range of laptop PCs and desktop All-In-One computers. The Fujitsu FH, AH, NH and SH series computers will launch in Winter 2010 in the Japan market with DTS Surround Sensation UltraPC™ software. This exciting partnership teams Fujitsu, a top manufacturer of computer hardware products and solutions, with DTS, the leading audio technology provider for HD entertainment.

“We are very pleased to be partnering with a well respected company such as Fujitsu,” says Brian Towne, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, DTS, Inc. “As consumers continue to expand their personal entertainment options, DTS continues to expand its footprint in this evolving ecosystem by delivering the finest audio experience possible – anywhere, anytime.”

DTS Surround Sensation UltraPC software includes DTS Surround Sensation™, DTS Boost™ and DTS NeoPC™ technologies, which are designed to work together to deliver an engaging surround sound effect from just two speakers or headphones. "This partnership with DTS, the leading provider of audio solutions for HD entertainment, marks for Fujitsu a meaningful step forward in today's PC marketplace."

The integration of DTS technology in Fujitsu products is the latest milestone in the growth of DTS, a company that is quickly becoming a household name in the HD entertainment space.
