The parent company of Investors Trust Assurance, SPC, ITA International Holdings LLC ("ITA") today announced the formation of ITA Global Trust Company Ltd., which will provide corporate trust services primarily for residents of the Latin America and Asia Pacific regions. Concurrently, ITA appointed Ian Phillips as President for the newly created trust company. Mr. Phillips possesses more than 16 years of experience in the Cayman Islands where he has built a network of financial relationships locally and internationally.

ITA Global Trust Company will offer the use of trust products that will include:

• Expanded Investment Opportunities
• Estate Planning
• Access to a wider range of investment products offered in residing country
• Protection from economic and currency instability in residing country.

Mr. Phillips came to Cayman from the UK in 1994 and now considers the island his home. He moved to Cayman originally with CIBC before moving to Barbados for a year to run their trust company in 2000. He then returned to Cayman in 2001 and most recently was President of Cayman National Trust. In 2009, Mr. Phillips became a Council Member for The Cayman Islands Branch of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
