The purpose of the program is to recognize those employers who create positive work environments and provide good benefits, training, and advancement opportunities to their employees.

Company policies and benefits, including hiring and employment practices, insurance programs, retirement accounts and profit sharing programs, were also evaluated by an independent third party.
