New Partner Program Provides Value, Clearswift Provides Support

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clearswift announces Catalyst, a new partner program. Catalyst will provide an environment to support Clearswift’s global channel while driving increased value for both partners and customers.

Aligning with all reseller business models, Clearswift will reward the investments partners make in the product portfolio. Customers will also retain the freedom to buy Clearswift products and services via their preferred channel partner.

Enhancing Clearswift’s reputation for delivering platform agnostic solutions, hardware will now be priced separately improving existing ROI through IT consolidation and virtualisation. With the introduction of per-user pricing Clearswift is further reducing IT waste and the total cost of ownership.

Investment in the channel is being matched with equal levels of investment in office infrastructure. A new Headquarters in New Jersey, USA has been opened incorporating a new customer support centre that joins the ones already established in Europe and Asia Pacific. All new and renewing customers will have access to the ‘follow the sun’ customer support centres and direct contact with Clearswift’s own product specialists.
