SYDNEY--()--ansarada, the technology company whose goal is to make life easier for everyone involved in M&A, has been recognized as the seventh best place to work in Asia in 2015 among small and medium sized workplaces.

The survey of the “Best Workplaces in Asia” analyzed 900 companies and the responses of 1.8 million people across Australia, China, India, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates.

ansarada, a provider of virtual data rooms used in M&A due diligence, distinguished itself from its peers because of its extraordinary levels of trust, pride and camaraderie.

“Companies that appear on the ‘Best Workplaces in Asia List’ are rated by their employees as among the best companies and have excellent policies and practices that support a culture of trust,” says the Best Workplace in Asia study.

Graham Moody, ansarada’s people and culture manager, says the company’s seventh place ranking among its peers in Asia reflects ansarada’s emphasis on making its employees feel valued.

“Recognition like this is testament to the passion and care that all of our people, both across Asia and globally, put in to make ansarada a very cool place to work,” says Graham.

ansarada, founded in 2005, was last year in Australia ranked fifth among BRW’s Best Places to Work. It was the third year Sydney-based ansarada had been ranked among the 50 best places to work in Australia.

San Francisco-based Great Place to Work is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organizations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. Great Place to Work serves businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies in 51 countries.

ansarada at any one time runs between 60 percent and 80 percent of the M&A data room in Australia and New Zealand. ansarada has offices in Chicago and London and employs about 80 people.

ansarada was cofounded by its chief executive Sam Riley, chief technology officer Andrew Slavin, chief financial officer Rachel Riley and Daphne Chang.
