HONG KONG--()--Futurestep, a Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) company specialising in high-impact recruitment solutions, has announced a significant restructure of its leadership team in Asia Pacific to deliver the demands of strong growth and increasing opportunity in the region.

Chong Ng, Sue Campbell and Tim Powell will be transitioning into new positions effective immediately. The appointments come at a tipping point for Futurestep as the company reveals double digit growth in some of the key markets in APAC and expansion into new markets over the past year – a result of the region’s increased demand for talent acquisition solutions.

Chong Ng, who was appointed earlier this year as Managing Director for Asia, has now assumed the role of President of Futurestep Asia Pacific. In his new position, Chong will be responsible for driving Futurestep’s strategy and profitable growth for the entire region, whilst continuing to work closely with leaders at parent company Korn Ferry and its Leadership and Talent Consulting (LTC) business to ensure an integrated and dynamic approach for clients. Chong joined the Futurestep family in 2011 as Director of Business Development for Asia, followed by a move in 2012 to Managing Director role for Greater China.

In addition, Sue Campbell has been promoted to the role of Managing Director for Asia, encompassing Greater China, ASEAN, India, Japan and Korea, meanwhile, Tim Powell has been appointed Managing Director for Futurestep ANZ, assuming responsibility for Futurestep’s Australia and New Zealand business. Campbell and Powell will work together closely to drive the continued growth and development of Futurestep’s service offerings across the entire APAC region, including RPO, Projects, Consulting and Search.

Byrne Mulrooney, CEO of Futurestep, commented: “As three key leaders representing Futurestep across APAC, Chong, Sue and Tim have individually been a driving force for growth and innovation across the region, consistently building on our business presence and reputation. The team’s ongoing commitment to the organization will support Futurestep’s continued evolution in this territory, providing them with the opportunity to take on new, exciting challenges.”
