Terapeak Introduces Search Management and Bulk Research Capabilities

Enhancements Streamline Research Workflows, Save Time and Increase Productivity

PALO ALTO, Calif.--()--Terapeak today launched Search Manager and Bulk Research tools as new features for its marketplace analytics platform. These features are immediately available for all users of Terapeak for eBay and Terapeak for Amazon. Developed in response to user feedback, these new tools streamline Terapeak sellers’ day-to-day tasks and increase productivity by helping them search and track items as efficiently as possible.

The Search Manager allows Terapeak eBay sellers to save their favorite search specifications as named searches, eliminating the need to re-enter search parameters each time. Given that Terapeak offers more than a dozen adjustable parameters per search, this feature will greatly enhance search speed and ensure that recurring searches are performed reliably. With a centralized interface for managing frequent searches, sellers now have a fast track to the marketplace intelligence that drives strategic decisions.

Moreover, the Bulk Research tool allows sellers to research up to 10 products at a time. This will significantly speed up research for advanced sellers who typically perform multiple product searches individually. By uploading a .csv list, cutting and pasting from an existing list, or directly typing their search terms, a Terapeak user can bundle up to 10 saved searches and view the key results for each within a single page.

“We developed new search features that allow merchants to get more from our software in less time with a greater degree of personalization,” said Kevin North, President and CEO of Terapeak. “Our customers provided great feedback, we listened carefully and we incorporated their needs in our development plans.”

In addition to the Search Manager and Bulk Research, Terapeak has introduced Multi-User Account Management, which will allow sellers with multiple employees to manage their subscriptions from a single page. Sellers can now seamlessly add new users, reassign existing subscriptions, and delegate administrator capabilities to help them enforce internal usage policies.

Lastly, Terapeak has also upgraded the Product Performance Widget for MySales. Now, sellers can quickly scan their listings and then select any products they want to target for more in-depth research. There are no longer any limits on the number of insights they may generate.
