SINGAPORE--()--ACE Group announced today that it is bringing a myriad of benefits to clients and driving efficiency for its risk engineers through Eureka, an innovative web and tablet based benchmarking and risk information system.

With anytime, anywhere access, Eureka integrates underwriting and claims information into a single platform in real time.

A truly global system, Eureka captures information from ACE’s clients regardless of their locations or operations. It enables customers to obtain custom benchmarking globally in relation to the risks they face – they can compare and rate themselves against their peers in an entire industry segment or against their specific operation or any other grouping if they need it. They will also be informed of the strategies adopted by different sites in addressing similar risks in a country, region or around the world. The growing breadth and depth of data in Eureka, including various lessons learnt from different sites, can also help clients to understand and avoid the potential risks and issues should they plan to establish new sites or acquire new facilities around the world.

By leveraging the power of tablet technology to capture data ‘in-field’, the system enables clients to have an initial view of their risks while onsite with ACE’s engineers, enhancing the client experience and delivering real-time performance.

In addition, Eureka’s implementation has brought benefits to ACE’s clients through a unified engineering system with associated benchmarking capability. Further to its initial launch in the Asia Pacific region, Eureka is currently available in Europe, Ireland, USA, Canada and will be launched in Latin America soon.

On this new technology, Rai Navakas, ACE’s Regional Head of Risk Management Engineering Services, said, “The launch of Eureka has made the integration of ACE’s underwriting and risk engineering systems become a reality. Not only has it enhanced the work efficiency of our risk engineers, it has significantly augmented our value proposition to our clients through its enhanced benchmarking capability, onsite views of risk surveys and faster turnaround time for report completion. With our commitment to deliver excellent service to our customers, further enhancements to Eureka are in the pipeline to enable our clients to access their reports and interact with ACE’s risk engineers online around the world.”
