Digital Customer Experiences Take Center Stage At Upcoming Forrester Research Summit for Marketing & Strategy Professionals in Asia Pacific

BEIJING--()--Forrester Research, Inc. (Nasdaq:FORR) announces its 2nd Summit for Marketing & Strategy Professionals APAC in Shanghai, China on

March 19, 2014. The Summit will include more keynote speakers than the inaugural event in 2013, including illustrious guests from Volkswagen Group China and Intercontinental Hotels Group who will discuss how marketing and strategy professionals can “Drive Digital Customer Experiences in a Slowing Chinese Economy”. In addition, at the Summit, Forrester will officially launch the Mandarin version of “Outside In”, its critically acclaimed book that consolidates 14 years of customer experience research. Co-author Harley Manning will be presenting at the event.
