Fujitsu Enables Pacific Controls Cloud Services to Deliver Cloud Solutions in the Middle East

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates--()--Fujitsu today announces that it is powering cloud solutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The company has entered into an agreement with Pacific Controls Cloud Services (PCCS) to offer cloud computing solutions. Fujitsu is enabling its long-term customer, Pacific Controls Cloud Services which has a partnership with Etisalat, to set up, operate and market the first cloud services in the region.

Fujitsu has designed and delivered a highly secure, scalable, sustainable, ubiquitous and cost effective carrier grade cloud solution allowing end-user in government and private sector enabling them to focus on their core business rather than maintaining their information Communication Technology (ICT).

Using Fujitsu cloud infrastructure, PCCS offers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), cloud storage solutions with data back-up and recovery to small, medium and large enterprises enabling clients with enhanced flexibility and quick response to changing business conditions.

PCCS owns and operates Middle East's largest Tier-lll, Uptime Institute Certified Data Center Campus in Dubai, housing Fujitsu’s cloud infrastructure of PRIMERGY servers and ETERNUS storage solutions as the backbone for offering ICT solutions enabling business virtualization and the ability to connect millions of IT assets through its universal cloud computing platform to deliver real time business intelligence.
