COES 2012 Propels to Take Its Promising Stride

Although in its second year of launch, China Offshore Engineering Symposium (COES 2012) blossoms remarkably into industry height in the Chinese landscape, bringing together chief executives of international oil and gas giants, senior Chinese government officials, heads of offshore and service companies, and prominent analysts and media.

At its second annual, COES 2012, to be held at the Westin Chaoyang in Beijing on November 14-15, focuses on a theme that has caught the attention across all links of business chain - "Cashing in on New Tides with Drillships and FLNG Fabrication". It is designed to provide a catalyst to the rapidly growing offshore sector, as well as an avenue for investment opportunities and strategic cooperation.

The conference will feature expert presentations, which delve into puzzles currently concerning the industry, such as global rig demand, fabrication focus, rig requirements by Chinese standard, capacity of Chinese yards and project financing. Senior management from both domestic and overseas leading offshore corporations together form a prominent team of speakers.
