ARLINGTON, Va. & SINGAPORE -- (BUSINESS WIRE) --

The Corporate Executive Board (CEB) (NASDAQ: EXBD), a Washington, DC headquartered provider of quantitative and best practice benchmarking, on-line decision support services and executive education to 15,000 executives at 4,800 organizations around the world, announced plans for its official opening of a regional office in Singapore in March 2010.

CEB has a long history of service to the region, with relationships dating back to 1999. It now serves more than 100 organizations and executives in South East Asia and Greater China. In recent years, CEB has assisted its members in areas that include Developing a Compelling Employment Brand, Boosting Sales Force Productivity, Aligning IT with Corporate Strategy, and Improving the Customer Experience.

Jenny Wong, Executive Vice President & Global Head Group Human Resources at United Overseas Bank noted, "We are able to leverage the best practices offered by members of CEB's Corporate Leadership Council. Research undertaken by the CLC brings fresh insights and provides a catalyst for us to critically review our current people practices."

Singapore-based staffing of CEB's account service and product development teams (supporting the 40+ industry and functional areas covered by the firm's offerings) begins in March 2010 at their Raffles Place location. The company seeks to increase value to members and drive customer loyalty through high-value personal engagement, as well as improved network opportunities for members.

"Opening the Singapore office reflects our continued commitment to Asia Pacific. Singapore is an exciting and meaningful addition to our global list of offices, which includes Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, London, New Delhi, and Sydney. We value greatly our more than ten years of service to executives in Southeast Asia, and look forward to a continued, closer partnership with them made easier by our proximity. We have tapped CEB senior leader, Melissa Bailey, to launch our Singapore office this March. She brings long-standing experience in advising C-level executives on our content and findings, most recently in Southeast Asia," said Christy Forest, Executive Director of Asia Pacific at the Corporate Executive Board.

Ms. Bailey noted that, "Having had the privilege of launching new CEB products in this region over the years, it is an honor to build the local team that will support and advise member executives while also growing our relationships in the region."
