Andrew Tay focuses on investments in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining TA, Mr. Tay was a Vice President at Baring Private Equity Asia in the firm’s Singapore office and a Private Equity Associate at Snow Phipps Group. Mr. Tay began his professional career at Lazard Frères & Co., where he was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. He received a BS degree, magna cum laude, in Operations Research from Columbia University and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.
