MILWAUKEE--()--Weeks after the devastation from Hurricane Harvey and Irma, leaders at Rockwell Automation are confidently moving forward with plans to host the annual Automation Fair event in Houston. “Our hearts go out to the greater Houston community and all who have been affected by the recent hurricanes,” said Blake Moret, president and CEO, Rockwell Automation. “We have made a commitment to the city of Houston, and want our event to be one of the ways we help the community and the region recover.”Impressed by the recovery already occurring and working closely with Visit Houston, the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the George R. Brown Convention Center, Rockwell Automation has plans in place to ensure the success of this year’s event, which attracts thousands of attendees each year.

Registration is now open for the 2017 Automation Fair event, hosted by Rockwell Automation and members of its global PartnerNetwork program. The event offers manufacturers and producers from around the world the opportunity to see the latest products, services and solutions to help enable a Connected Enterprise.

“The focus for this year’s event will be helping companies learn how to achieve measurable business results by integrating control and information across operations to enable better collaboration, faster problem-solving, and increased productivity,” stated Moret. “As a company, we are passionate about helping industrial companies and their people be more productive.”
