Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Christopher Browne for Asia Pacific Role

SHANGHAI--()--Cushman & Wakefield announced today the appointment of Christopher Browne as Managing Director of Global Occupier Services (GOS), Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Mr. Browne leads a team of over 6,000 GOS professionals across 14 countries in the region and will be responsible for driving growth and momentum across the GOS business in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Browne has over 20 years of leadership, business and industry experience in the occupier services arena. He has worked with an impressive and diverse group of clients with multi-market and multi-location portfolios. Prior to his relocation to Singapore, he was President, Client Service Delivery for GOS in the Americas since 2015.

Mr. Browne joined Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where he was COO, Americas Corporate Solutions and served on JLL’s Americas Executive Committee, Corporate Solutions Americas Executive Committee, and the Global IFM Board. Prior to JLL, he held a global leadership role with Hewlett-Packard where he was responsible for implementing HP’s global workplace strategy. He also held Americas and EMEA leadership roles at CBRE’s Occupier business. He spent two years in London where he led the growth of CBRE’s EMEA IFM business and built strong connections with European clients. Upon his return to America, he was responsible for the growth of the occupier business in the Eastern United States and Latin America.

A member of CoreNet, Mr. Browne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois–Champaign Urbana.
