Dreaming Big: CTA Announces New Sleep Tech Marketplace at CES 2017

PARIS--()--The Consumer Technology Association (CTA)TM today announced the new Sleep Tech Marketplace, presented by the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), at CES® 2017. The announcement came during the fourth annual CES Unveiled Paris, a half-day innovation event uniting tech industry leaders and more than 60 innovative French companies. Owned and produced by CTA, CES 2017 will run January 5-8, 2017 in Las Vegas.

“From sleep trackers and silent alarms, to bedroom lighting, white noise and even smart beds, sleep technologies are helping us take control of our nighttime routines and rejuvenate efficiently,” said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO, Consumer Technology Association. “In a city that never sleeps, Las Vegas, we look forward to experiencing these groundbreaking innovations at CES 2017.”

“New technology promises not only to help consumers better understand their own sleep, but to help significantly improve their overall health,” said David Cloud, CEO of the National Sleep Foundation. “The National Sleep Foundation is eager to support technology innovators in this space, and we look forward to hosting the Sleep Tech Marketplace at CES 2017.
