Constitution Capital Partners Closes on $823 Million of Private Equity Commitments

Funds to be Invested in North American Buyouts, Direct Co-Investments

BOSTON--()--Constitution Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on North American small to mid-cap buyouts, today announced it has raised $823 million in private equity commitments with the final close of the Ironsides III Private Equity Partnership/Co-Investment Funds and related segregated mandates.

As with its predecessor fund, Ironsides III will focus on investments in primary funds with $200 million to $1.5 billion in commitments and direct co-investments with enterprise values between $100 million and $1 billion. To date, Ironsides III has completed seven direct co-investments and three fund investments.
