CIT Vendor Finance Asia Appoints Lily Shen Chief Financial Officer

LIVINGSTON, N.J. & SHANGHAI -- (BUSINESS WIRE) --

CIT Vendor Finance, a leader in developing business solutions for small businesses and middle market companies for the acquisition of equipment and value-added services, today announced the appointment of Lily Shen as Chief Financial Officer of CIT Vendor Finance Asia. Based in Shanghai, Shen will be responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, financial planning, pricing and accounting practices, as well as funding and tax for CIT Vendor Finance Asia.

“Lily brings a wide range of finance experience that will be extremely valuable as we continue our focus on meeting the financing the needs of our customers in Asia,” said Adrian Pang, Managing Director, CIT Vendor Finance Asia.

Shen has nearly 16 years of experience in financial services and consulting. She was most recently with HSBC where she held various roles of increasing responsibility in controllership, financial planning and analysis and treasury. Prior to HSBC, Shen spent nearly four years with KPMG as an auditor. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics and is a licensed CPA and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
