SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Active-Semi announced today that Larry Blackledge has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding CEO and Founder Steven Huynh, who will continue to drive the technology innovation at Active-Semi as Chief Technology Officer.

Before joining Active-Semi, Mr. Blackledge spent over 20 years with Texas Instruments in managerial positions, including a five-year tenure in Asia and as Vice President and General Manager of TI’s Custom Mixed Signal & Analog Semiconductor Business Unit.
